You cannot imagine it, or you can do it at Sporting Live. The complete range ensures that everyone can do an appropriate (and funny!) workout according to their physical capabilities and goals. Nevertheless, it does not stop there. The holistic approach of this fitness oasis supports people entirely. For example, attention is also paid to a balanced diet and to the necessary mental rest and relaxation.
In order to transmit this vision to the clients, Sporting Live renovated the spa facilities. Power consumption had to be considered and reduced to minimum, therefore Alpha Wellness Sensations has installed closed benches and furnished the walls and ceiling with additional insulation. As a result, the power costs of the saunas have been reduced to half! Obviously, there was a maximum effort to optimize the health effects of the sauna experience as well. A dry hot sauna (100°C) was installed to stimulate blood circulation and the muscles. The second sauna (75°C) is not that hot and it was supplied with salt stones and a salt infusion system. Salt in a sauna is important for its therapeutic effects on the airways. It has a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect. Moreover, it has a beneficial impact on the humidity level of the skin, whereby it becomes smoother and prettier. So, the effort is rewarded with a blissful relaxation.
