This design can truly be called a modern interpretation of the classic Finnish sauna. The floor, ceiling, walls, and benches all shine in wood. By opting for narrow profiles of 18 x 28 mm, the space is given a distinctly contemporary and modern look. Thermo treated ayous wood was the perfect choice for this. Indirect LED lighting in the ceiling and beneath the benches enhances the linear pattern of the profiles, adding to the overall aesthetic.

A second modern feature is the placement of the sauna stove, which is integrated into the upper bench. It is a square version that can be easily controlled via Wi-Fi and touch controls. This elevated positioning of the stove not only makes it simple to create a pleasant infusion, but it also saves space cleverly. The sauna has a slanted wall at the front, which limits the area behind the glass door. Since no stove is required here, there’s no compromise on lounging space. Alpha Wellness Sensations was able to optimize the layout of the space, perfectly tailored to the client's preferences.
