For this project in Edegem, Schellen Architects included a shower and sauna area in the wellness plans. These spaces were then furnished and completed by other parties. Alpha Wellness Sensations provided a steam generator with an aroma pump and an EPS bench in the shower cabin, which was finished by third parties. The sauna unit, a combination of a Finnish sauna with an infrared bench and a saltstone back wall, was entirely designed by Alpha Wellness Sensations.

In this rectangular sauna room, all the facilities needed for a relaxing warmth experience are present. First, we see the ergonomic bench with an infrared heater. Opposite it is the classic sauna stove with stones for a steam session. At the back, there is a full-width bench and a lower, shorter bench. Behind the backrest, the rough saltstones illuminate the entire back wall. A beautiful combination achieved through excellent teamwork.
