Alpha Wellness Sensations has installed once again a stylish residential spa in London including a steam room and a sauna. In conjunction with the swimming pool, the whole ensemble was surprisingly finished in black as primary colour.
Sleek, minimalistic and black were the features of the existing establishment. Therefore, the thermal suites were built in the same style. The steam room has a marble finish with light grey tiles for the floor and walls and dark tiles for the benches. The indirect lighting under the benches renders these colour shades beautiful. The aspen timber inside the sauna was completely varnished in black colour. The benches are cantilever and beautifully indirectly illuminated. The marble finish of the steam room is extended to the sauna floor.
The steam generator has a fragrance injection pump and the Mythos sauna oven has special stones for essence pouring in order to enhance the optimal wellness experience. The access to both rooms is through a luxurious door by Alpha Wellness Sensations. The aluminium frame was also painted in black. The sauna and steam room can be regulated through a touch control that is conveniently installed on the wall. This project shows how attractive a dark wellness can look like!
