The designated outbuilding is located right next to the pond and features large windows overlooking it. The first section serves as a relaxation area with comfortable lounge chairs. For the wellness facilities, the owners opted not for a traditional sauna, but for an infrared unit and a steam bath instead. These facilities also have glass front and side walls, allowing the view outside to be preserved in these areas as well. Both the exterior and interior of the building are predominantly made of wood, ensuring everything blends beautifully into the natural surroundings.

The infrared lounge consists of an ergonomic bench with two shaped heaters for the back. An additional three heaters were installed on the front and side walls. The back wall is covered with rough salt stones, providing their beneficial effects as well. The steam bath features the same ergonomic bench, this time covered with mosaic tiles that extend into the walls and ceiling. Atmospheric lighting completes both settings.
