In Chișinău, the capital of Moldova and also home to the Alpha Wellness Sensations factory, sports, and body care are of great importance to the residents. Evidence of this is the extensive Niagara fitness and wellness club. Naturally, Alpha Wellness Sensations provided various spa facilities here.
Niagara is a real sporting oasis in the city. A 25 m pool, a separate children's pool and a whirlpool provide swimming and water fun activities. The fitness room has no fewer than 60 machines and has been specially developed for weightlifting. A range of group lessons are given, from yoga and dancing to water aerobics and spinning. An entire zone has also been set up for martial arts such as karate, taekwondo or kickboxing, which can be practiced individually or in groups. Even more impressive are the various wellness options available here! Alpha Wellness Sensations was allowed to install no fewer than six units.
For example, both the women's and men's changing rooms are equipped with a sauna and steam bath type Chaleur Pro, supplemented with an ice fountain for cooling down. A gray finish of Rubio oil was chosen for the ayous wood in the saunas. This was done for both the floating benches and the profiles on the walls. The 'checkmate' pattern, in which the walls are covered, gives a modern look. The oil tone in the women's sauna was deliberately kept slightly lighter than that in the men's sauna. Just like the tiles used in both steam baths: dark marbled gray for the men and light ecru for the ladies. Indirect LED lighting was used everywhere around the ceiling, behind the backrests and under the benches. The aluminum framing of the glass front walls always creates a stylish look.
Next to the swimming pool is the large salt room, measuring 6 by 6 meters. The inside and outside are made with wide profiles of thermally treated ayous wood. The walls inside are fitted with rough salt stones that are indirectly lit, just like the benches. The HaloSpa3 salt nebulizer provides extra salt particles so that the health benefits only increase.
A smaller sauna, a Chaleur Pro Premium, was built for customers who also have a Premium membership. This can be used privately. A gray oil treatment for the ayous wood was also chosen for this sauna. Wide profiles are placed against the wall like rectangular tiles, which gives a sleek and luxurious appearance. The digital hygrometer perfectly displays the temperature and humidity. The same lighting as in the other saunas ensures a relaxing atmosphere after the sport activities. Wellness — wellbeing and fitness — in the purest sense of the word at Niagara!
