Sankt Gallenkirch-Gortipohl in Vorarlberg is the junction between the Silvretta massif and the Verwall group. The Montafon valley is therefore a perfect base for an active mountain holiday. Both in summer with over 1,000 km of marked hiking trails, and in winter with 300 km of ski slopes, you train your body in a beautiful setting. For this, Hotel Silvretta installed a beautiful sauna with infrared heaters in their renovated suite.

The Chaleur sauna has its place in the spacious bathroom of the suite. A full glass front wall in a black frame makes the sauna shine in the white space. The walls and ceiling are made of hemlock profiles, while the benches and backrest are made of ayous wood. A back heater was placed in the wall on both levels of the benches and two additional heaters were installed in the ceiling on the same line. In this way, infrared radiation allows both back and leg muscles to recover well. The sauna oven is concealed behind the rear wall. A classic sauna lamp completes the wooden interior. As a finishing touch, the handle on the inside of the door is also made of wood, while on the outside it is made of steel, which matches the rest of the bathroom.
