Along the inlet of Pornic, the 52 km long coastline is dotted with coves, beaches, and small seaside towns. The marshes and forests surrounding this vibrant coast create an idyllic color palette. Amidst all this natural beauty, we find the eco-estate La Fontaine. The property includes a hotel, vacation accommodations, a spa, and a restaurant. Particularly impressive are the surrounding gardens and vegetable patches where permaculture is practiced. The mission of the eco-estate is to reconnect people with nature.

It's only logical that a place like this would devote significant attention to well-being and relaxation. The spa at La Fontaine spans 300 m² and includes a hot tub, sauna, steam bath, snow fountain, Scandinavian bucket shower, experience shower, and herbal tea lounge. Alpha Wellness Sensations was responsible for installing the steam bath and sauna. These adjoining units shine in their simplicity. A glass door provides access to the steam bath, where cement is showcased at its warmest, covering the walls, benches, and ceiling. LED spotlights illuminate the space. Next to it, the sauna, with its wooden interior and glass front, invites guests to enjoy an authentic experience. Additional ambiance is created by traditional sauna lamps in the corners. As for the wellness area's energy production, it is entirely powered by photovoltaic panels, solar panels, and wood boilers, making the eco-estate highly sustainable.
