The Drents-Friese Wold is a beautiful national park to get around. You are in the heart of nature with drifting dunes, heaths, and beautiful landscapes. This is also the backyard of holiday park Brinckerduyn and the starting point for many walks, bike rides, or mountain bike tours. In the park itself, you can also stay in a cottage with a wide range of facilities, thus enjoying quality time with family or friends. You can be active on the tennis court, on the hockey or football field; you can train at the boot camp station, expand your mind in the yoga garden, or play southern pétanque. There is an indoor skating rink, a clubhouse, and an extensive children's jungle- so something for everyone. As if that weren't enough, Brinckerduyn homes - or unbricks - are equipped with all the ingredients you could wish for on holiday. From keyless entry to a bathroom per bedroom, from a well-stocked wine cooler to an outdoor kitchen with a private swimming pool and/or sauna.

Alpha Wellness Sensations took care of the 23 saunas. They are rectangular in shape, have a glass entrance door in a dark aluminum frame, and have a Fraké Noir slatted exterior finish to perfectly match the architecture of the park. Inside, ayous wood was used for the benches and hemlock for the walls and ceiling. The L-shaped bench has 2 tiers on one side and just the upper bench on the other side with a nice recess to place the pouring bucket. This way, you can always have a beautiful pouring session with relaxing scents. Lighting comes from both the sauna lamp and the indirect LED strips in the nose of the bench. In addition to the classic sauna heat, you can also enjoy radiant heat from one of the five infrared heaters. You can cool off outside in the shower that hangs directly on the side wall. For the houses with a swimming pool, a technical room was provided in the sauna unit with all electrical lines, water, and drainage connections for the swimming pool technology. The units are all-in-one for wellness!
