Time stops once you enter the Aquavirat facilities. After an intensive sport session or after a beneficial massage you can step into the wellness area and enjoy. In the sauna area, there are various temperatures to be experienced. The dry heat of the Chaleur sauna with a temperature between 80°C to 100°C and a 25% humidity boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. The deep penetration of the infrared cabin relieves muscles and joints pain, improves oxygen intake and ensures a good sleep.  The soft temperature of the Chaleur Bio sauna (55°C) is pure relaxation. The higher 60% humidity level provides a cleansing effect on the skin. In addition, the steam room with its 100% humidity stimulates detoxification. By means of sweating, the small impurities are eliminated. The combination of heat and humidity in the Chaleur Pro steam room ensures a moment of deep relaxation. Moreover, if you are brave enough, you can cool off after heating up so your body, especially your blood circulation are additionally stimulated. Afterwards, the built-up adrenaline converts into endorphins so that you can dream away completely reborn in the rest room. You can cool off in style here, by the way. The snow shower and cold-water nebulizer in the cold room provide a unique tingling experience. And if that's not enough, you can add an "ice cream scoop" on top!
