The UCPA Aqua Stadium immerses its guests in a world dedicated to water activities, wellness, and fitness. Want to swim laps, have fun with the family, or join group classes? The wellness center of Tourcoing-Les-Bains offers a wide range of activities and facilities. For this, Alpha Wellness Sensations was also called upon. No fewer than three large Chaleur saunas were installed, along with a steam bath, salt cave, and shower area.

Both the women’s and men’s changing rooms have their own sauna. This allows for discreet enjoyment of soothing warmth after a swim. The interior finish features spruce wood that has been oiled and thermally treated. The ayous wood used for the benches and exterior has undergone a similar treatment. The third Chaleur sauna, located in the mixed wellness area, measures no less than 6 meters in length. Here too, oiled ayous wood was used. The heaters are safely built in behind the rear wall. Traditional sauna lamps enhance the authentic atmosphere.

Craftsmanship is clearly visible, especially in the steam bath and shower area, where mosaic tiles steal the show. The entire space is covered with them. For the showers, walls, and the ice machine casing, we see tiles of the Gin Fizz type, while inside the hammam, the slightly lighter Moon type was used. The color gradients match beautifully, clearly visible through the large glass front made of safety glass. Spotlights in the ceiling and indirect lighting in the benches beautifully illuminate the space.

Finally, guests can enjoy the salt cave. This is also a Chaleur-type sauna, with oiled benches and a rear-wall heater. Here, you breathe in mineral-rich air thanks to the large, smooth salt stones that cover the walls. The salt also has a purifying and soothing effect on the skin. The wellness facilities are reserved for adults, while children can enjoy themselves in the water park. This way, the Aqua Stadium offers true enjoyment for all ages.
