However, do not forget to book a "Anma". Massage. Anma is a massage therapy from Japan where the therapy became very popular in the seventeenth century. The therapy itself is based on the ancient Chinese massage therapy Tui Na with the difference that Tui Na also uses elbows and knees to exert pressure whereas in Anma technique only hands are used. Anma literally means "pressure and rub" and is the forerunner of the modern Shiatsu massage. Swedish massage therapy is also based on the 7 main principles of Anma therapy, but has 2 major differences. With the Anma massage, in contrast to the Swedish massage, the massage direction is "away" from the heart and without clothing and using massage oil.

The ergonomically shaped back heaters and the full-spectrum Quartz heaters in this bespoke infrared sauna ensure a perfect transfer of heat and infrared therapy to the user. The patented ’S’ curve infrared back heaters, which are also infinitely adjustable in intensity, follow perfectly the curve of the spinal cord. Moreover, that ensures a deep penetration in the skin and the underlying vertebrae. This radiation and heat relieve rheumatic diseases. Furthermore, infrared therapy has a healing effect for muscle injuries and good for improving your vascular system. The heaters can be operated via a push button with a safe over-rule timer if you doze off during this wonderful infrared lounge session. The cabin itself was finished in high quality Canadian red cedar wood, a front wall in toughened glass and an indirect RGB LED lighting in the ceiling that can be used as colour therapy or mood lighting.

This Chaleur bespoke steam room has a complete glass front in toughened glass. This way you have a spacious feeling when you relax on the lounge bench and enjoy the healing steam therapy. The steam room was finished with Ezarri mosaics and is equipped with LED lighting in the wall and in the barrel-vaulted ceiling finished with decorative epoxy. You can choose one of the four fragrances available during the session: eucalyptus, jasmine, lavender and alpine herbs.
